(1) According to sub-section (8) of section 14, if information is received of an order to extradite a fugitive accused or a criminal, within three days from the date of receipt of such information, the Ministry shall inform the requesting state through diplomatic channels within thirty days. Arrangements shall be made for the extradition of such fugitive accused or criminal.

(2) When making arrangements for extradition according to subsection (1), the Ministry shall determine the place, date and time of extradition of the fugitive accused or criminal and give the information thereof to the requesting state.

(3) If the fugitive accused or criminal cannot be extradited at the place, date and time informed as per sub-section (2) due to any reason, the ministry shall determine another date, time and place for extradition immediately. The requesting state will have to be informed.
