The functions, duties and powers of the Assembly shall be as follows:-
(a) To guide the University.
(b) Determining the policy of the University.
(c) To give necessary instructions to any body or officials under the university.
(d) To approve the annual budget and program of the university.
(e) To approve the long-term plan of the University.
(f) To pass rules relating to the University.
(g) Formation of special committees and commissions as required.
(h) To do other work as prescribed.
