: (1) The meeting of the Assembly shall be held at least twice a year.
(2) The meeting of the assembly will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the assembly.
(3) At least fifteen days before the meeting of the meeting, the member-secretary of the meeting shall give notice to all the members along with the agenda of the topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the members present at the meeting, the quorum for the meeting will be deemed to have been reached.
(5) The meeting of the Assembly shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Assembly and in his absence by the Vice-Chairman.
(6) In the meeting of the assembly, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the assembly shall be verified by the member-secretary of the assembly.
(8) The assembly may invite honorary professors and life members of Pragya Pratishthan to participate as observers in the meeting of the assembly.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the assembly shall be as determined by the assembly itself.
