(1) The meeting of the Assembly shall be held at least twice a year.
(2) The meeting of the assembly will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the assembly.
(3) At least fifteen days before the meeting of the meeting, the member secretary of the meeting with the agenda of the topics to be discussed in the meeting will give the notice to all the members of the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the existing members are present in the meeting, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the Assembly shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Assembly, in his absence by the Vice-Chairman of the Assembly and in the absence of both the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman by the Vice-Chancellor.
(6) In the meeting of the assembly, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The person presiding over the meeting shall certify the decision of the meeting of the meeting (7a) The registrar shall keep a record of the decision or order of the assembly. A copy of that decision or order shall be sent to the Chancellor. (8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Assembly shall be as determined by the Assembly itself.
