: (1) There will be a Pragya Sabha as the highest body of the Pragya Pratishthan.
(2) The composition of the Assembly shall be as follows:
(a) Chancellor – Chairman
(b) Vice-Chancellor – Vice-President
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation – Member
(d) Thirty-five people nominated by the Prime Minister to be suitable representatives of all the languages, literature, culture, philosophy and social science of Nepal, taking into consideration the inclusion of women - members
(e) Secretary – Member – Secretary
(3) The term of office of the nominated members according to sub-section (2) will be four years.
(4) If the position of a nominated member of the assembly becomes vacant due to any reason, another person will be nominated from the same category or field for the remaining term.
(5) The facilities of the members of the assembly shall be as prescribed.
