(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Act, if the following industries are unable to purchase the land they need by themselves, they should make a written request to the higher registration body to coordinate and facilitate the purchase of such land or the provision of such land:-
(a) national priority industries, (b) industries that export at least 60% of their production, (c) medium and large industries established in highly underdeveloped areas, underdeveloped areas and underdeveloped areas,
(d) Industries providing direct employment to at least five hundred persons,
(e) Industries with fixed capital investment exceeding ten billion rupees,
(f) If at least 50 percent is based on indigenous raw materials or imported raw materials, there will be at least 50 percent value addition. Medium and large heights.
(2) If a request is made according to sub-rule (1) and if the land registration body deems such a request appropriate, it will coordinate and facilitate the necessary coordination and facilitation with the relevant land owner, local level or local administration through the Ekal Nindu Service Center to provide land to such industry.
