(1) Meeting of coordination committee will be held as per requirement.
(2) The meeting of the coordination committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the coordinator of the committee.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall give notice of the meeting of the coordination committee to the members at least twenty-four hours before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the coordination committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the coordination committee will be chaired by the coordinator of the committee and in his absence by a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves.
(6) In the meeting of the coordination committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The coordination committee may invite any officer or expert in the relevant field to the meeting of the committee.
(8) The decision of the coordination committee will be verified by the member-secretary of the said committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the coordination committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
