(1) There will be the following Coordinating Committee to bring effectiveness in the mentioned work by establishing coordination between the agencies involved in the investigation and prosecution of the government plaintiff case:-
(a) Attorney General – Chairman
(b) Secretary, Ministry of Law and Justice – Member (c) Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member (d) Inspector General of Police – Member
(e) Deputy Attorney-General-Member-Secretary of the Office of the Attorney-General appointed by the Attorney-General (2) The procedure of the committee shall be as determined by the committee (3) The committee may invite the heads of various agencies related to the investigation to the meeting of the committee as required.
