Section 28
A committee can be formed
: (1) The establishment may constitute a committee as necessary to carry out the work it has to do according to this Act.
(2) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the establishment when the said committee is constituted.
