The Commission may form a Consumer Service Suggestion Committee as necessary to provide recommendations to the Commission regarding the protection of the rights and interests of consumers by monitoring the services provided by the service providers to the consumers and to protect the interests of consumers who are unable to access the services properly or are unable to pay the service fees.
(2) The Commission may constitute sub-committees as necessary to carry out the work carried out by it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under it.
(3) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the committee or sub-committee constituted under sub-section (1) or (2) shall be as prescribed.
