Section 16
<br> which may form committees or sub-committees
The Board may form committees or sub-committees as necessary to carry out its functions. The member designated by the board shall be the coordinator of the committee or sub-committee formed in this way. (2) The work, duties, rights, scope, meeting allowance and term of office of the committee or sub-committee constituted in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the board.
