(1) The Commission may constitute a committee or sub-committee as necessary to carry out any work required to be done by it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the committee or sub-committee formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Commission.
