<br> which may form a committee or task force
For the purpose of carrying out any work of a special nature related to the Commission, the Commission may form a committee or a task force with a term of office.
(2) The work or terms of reference of the committee or task force under sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the Commission at the time of formation of such committee or task force.
(3) When forming a committee or working group according to sub-section (1), representation should be based on the principle of proportional inclusion as provided in the constitution.
