The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:- (a) Formulating monetary and foreign exchange policy. Making the necessary decisions regarding the substance and formulating the necessary policies regarding the issuance thereof. Formulating policies applicable to operations and management. (e) Determining policies regarding the appointment, promotion, transfer, dismissal, remuneration, pension, gratuity, savings fund, leave, conduct and other conditions related to service of bank employees. (f) Annual program for the bank. and approve the budget and annual audit accounts and submit the report to the Government of Nepal for information. J) Approving the limits of loans provided by the Bank to the Government of Nepal. Mobilize financial resources and create an investment policy. (d) If there is a need to amend this Act, present the reason for it and submit a proposal to the Government of Nepal. ) Delegating the powers in the committee to the sub-committee formed by the governor or the committee for a specified period or not.
