11.1 In addition to the tasks, duties and powers written elsewhere in this Act, the tasks, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:- 11.1.1 To divide the town planning area into different land use areas. . To guide, 11.1.3 To create and implement necessary projects for the proper development and maintenance of any religious, cultural and historical heritage in the city planning area under the prevailing Nepal law regarding ancient monuments, 11.1.4 For the natural and environmental protection of the city planning area 11.1.5 Prohibiting the use of natural resources with adverse effects, 11.1.6 Land use as specified in the city plan. Create and implement land development and building construction projects in the area, 11.1.7 Perform other tasks as per the instructions given by the Government of Nepal from time to time in accordance with the city plan. 11.2 It will be the duty of the committee to coordinate with the relevant agencies of the Government of Nepal while carrying out the work under this Act.
