The work, duties and rights of the Committee shall be as follows :-
(a) To make recommendations to the Government of Nepal regarding the policy to be adopted regarding the seizure, control and confiscation of property obtained from crime or instruments related to crime,
(b) Recommending to the Government of Nepal for the distribution of the property obtained when the assets or instruments in foreign countries are confiscated according to the order of the court or when the assets or instruments are confiscated in Nepal according to the order of the foreign court. (c) Making necessary procedures and standards for the operation and management of the fund, and
(d) Perform other tasks as specified.
