(1) It shall be the duty of the committee to do all the work and actions to be done by the fund under this Act and the rules and regulations made under this act and to exercise all the rights and duties granted to the fund.
(2) In addition to the work and duties mentioned in sub-section (1), it shall be the duty of the committee to perform other tasks necessary to achieve the purpose of the fund.
