4.4. Work, duties and rights of the committee:

The work, duties and rights of the committee will be as follows.
(a) To manage and operate the hospital,
(b) To formulate long-term and short-term plans for hospital management,
(c) Gathering resources and means necessary for the management and operation of the hospital,
(d) To approve the budget of the hospital,
(e) determining service charges of hospitals,
(f) Protecting and maintaining the physical property of the hospital,
(G) To submit the annual report of the hospital to the Government of Nepal (h) To perform other functions necessary for the execution of the aforesaid work
