4. Work, duties and rights of the committee:

In addition to the work, duties and rights written elsewhere in this order, the work, duties and rights of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Submitting suggestions to the Government of Nepal regarding the creation of necessary policies for the development of the Badi community.
(B) To formulate and implement the necessary plans and programs for the implementation of the policies made for the development of the Badi community. (c) Conducting and carrying out settlement development and rehabilitation programs for the orderly settlement of the Badi community. (d) Effectively conduct and conduct programs in collaboration and coordination with various agencies for the development of the Badi community (e) To establish and expand a network to share information regarding the upliftment of the Badi community,
(f) Studying, researching and publishing and broadcasting related to the Badi community (G) Integrate and effectively implement the funds received for the development of the Badi community (h) To request the Government of Nepal to provide scholarships to the people of the Badi community (i) Conducting and conducting training programs related to skill development and income generation for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the people of the Badi community. (j) conducting trainings, conferences and seminars related to the Badi community (k) To prepare the annual budget and program of the committee and submit it to the Government of Nepal for approval (l) Arranging necessary resources and means for the committee,
(d) Taking initiatives for the implementation of international treaties and agreements related to the Badi community (d) Doing other work as specified for the upliftment and development of Badi community.
