9. Work, Duties and Rights of the Committee

(1) The work, duties and rights of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Conducting development and rehabilitation programs and designing various programs and plans related to the development and rehabilitation of children and implementing such programs and plans.
(b) Conducting operational research as necessary to find solutions to the problems that have arisen in relation to the development and rehabilitation of children.
(c) Determine and implement policies related to the operation and management of the fund.
(d) Conduct development and rehabilitation programs and prepare necessary financial and technical bases for the development and rehabilitation of children and implement development and rehabilitation programs accordingly.
(e) To approve the annual and periodical program of the fund and arrange the necessary amount for the same.
(f) To take necessary steps to get funds from different sectors according to the needs of the fund.
(G) Arrange for reunification of children with their families by conducting development and rehabilitation programs.
(h) Providing education, health services and other necessary services to the children of laborers by conducting development and rehabilitation programs.
(i) Conducting development and rehabilitation programs and arranging a day care center to look after the children of the laborers.
(j) To approve the annual program and budget of the fund.
(k) To submit the annual report of the Fund's operations throughout the year and the audit report of each year to the Government of Nepal and other relevant agencies.
(2) In addition to the work and duties mentioned in sub-rule (1), it shall be the duty of the committee to carry out other tasks necessary for the achievement of the fund's objectives and to perform all the activities required by the fund under this regulation and to exercise all the rights and duties granted to the fund. p>
