4. Work, duties and rights of the committee:

The work, duties and rights of the committee will be as follows:-

(a) To formulate and implement the necessary plan for the operation and management of the hospital, > (b) Arranging the necessary resources and means for the hospital,
(c) To approve and implement the annual program and budget of the hospital (d) determining the service charges of the hospital,
(e) Protecting and maintaining the physical property of the hospital,
(f) Prepare criteria for patients who are considered economically helpless and incompetent (G) Arranging free treatment for patients who are considered financially helpless and disabled,
(h) To perform other functions as specified.
