4. Work, Duties and Powers of the Committee:

The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-

(a) Protection of natural, social, cultural and environmental aspects and biological diversity for the tourism development of Salhesh area. and determine the necessary policy to promote,
(b) To identify potential tourist spots in Salhesh area and prepare and implement various plans and programs for tourism development,
(c) Collecting the details of the cultural and natural heritage of Salhesh region (d) Conducting necessary studies and research regarding the tourism development of Salhesh region (e) Sustainably develop and expand the tourism business in Salhesh area and make Salhesh area recognized as an attractive and reliable tourist spot at home and abroad,
(f) To diversify and develop tourism activities such as health, wildlife, agriculture, sports, recreational and cultural tourism in Salhesh area,
(g) conducting or conducting various programs to increase the interest of tourists in the art and culture of Salhesh region,
(h) Giving preference to youth, women, tribals, tribals, dalits and backward classes to participate in tourism-related employment training and skill development programs,
(i) Reducing rural poverty through community-based tourism development (j) To make tourist services accessible and quality by using modern information technology and equipment (k) To construct or operate residential houses, chamena houses, etc. that introduce the art, culture and lifestyle of Salhesh region. (l) Adopting necessary measures to minimize the impact on the cultural, environmental beauty and biological diversity of Salhesh area while conducting tourism related activities,
(D) To prepare and implement the necessary plan to prevent pollution in lakes, ponds, rivers, streams etc. within Salhesh area,
(d) Internal tourism market by encouraging the visit of citizens from other regions of the country to Salhesh regionTo do,
(n) To identify potential hiking areas in Salhesh area and prepare hiking infrastructure for local and foreign tourists,
(i) To coordinate or arrange for the necessary coordination between government and non-government organizations for the development of tourism in Salhesh area,
(th) To do or cause other work to fulfill the purpose of the committee.
