4. Work, Duties and Powers of the Committee :

The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows :-

(a) To approve and implement plans and programs related to the development of Halesi Mahadevsthan.< /p>

(B) Contacting and coordinating with foreign government, national or international associations, organizations, bodies or individuals for the implementation of plans and programs related to the development of Halesi Mahadevasthan.

(c) Directly or Protecting, promoting and reconstructing places of indirect historical, religious, cultural, social and archaeological importance. /p>

(e) Organizing basic things like educational institutions, health centers, bridges, sewers, public toilets, roads, water, electricity, telephones, hospices in Halesi Mahadevasthan.

( f) To create the necessary environment for the development and promotion of tourism business in Halesi Mahadevasthan. Organize meetings, conferences, seminars or exhibitions of educational and cultural importance from time to time. Conducting research, conservation and preservation of objects of archaeological importance. To do other work necessary to fulfill the purpose of the committee.
