8. Fund of the Committee: (1) There shall be a separate fund in the name of the Committee and the funds shall be as follows:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received for services and facilities provided by the committee (c) Funds received from indigenous individuals, associations, organizations or bodies,
(d) Amounts received as grants or loans from foreign governments, associations, organizations or individuals,
(e) Funds received from other sources.

(2) The committee shall obtain the approval of the State Government before receiving any funds as per clause (d) of sub-section (1).
(3) All the expenses incurred on behalf of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(4) The funds in the funds of the committee will be deposited in an account opening in any commercial bank within Nepal.
(5) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be done by the joint signature of the member-secretary of the committee and the chief staff doing the accounting work.
