10. Funds of the Committee: (1) The Committee shall have a separate fund of its own and the funds shall be as follows:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received for services and facilities provided by the committee (c) Funds received from indigenous individuals, associations, organizations or bodies,
(d) Funds received in the form of grants or loans from foreign governments, international associations, organizations or individuals,
(e) Amount received from other sources.
(2) The committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance before receiving any amount as per clause (d) of sub-section (1).
(3) All the expenses incurred by the committee shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(4) The amount in the funds of the committee shall be deposited by the committee by opening an account in any commercial bank within Nepal.
(5) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be done by the joint signature of the member-secretary of the committee and the chief staff who do accounting work.
