9. Fund of the Committee:

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amount received by way of donation or assistance from any person or organization,
(c) Funds received as support from international organizations, organizations, foreign governments or individuals (d) The amount received for the service charges levied on the service facility provided by the committee (e) Amounts received by devotees and tirthalu in the form of donations or offerings to the temple,
(f) Funds received from any other source.

(2) Before receiving funds as per clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(3) The committee shall open an account and deposit the funds in the fund according to sub-section (1) in any commercial bank within Nepal designated by the committee.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The operation of the account of the fund of the committee shall be done by the joint signature of the executive director and the principal staff responsible for accounting of the committee.
(6) Other provisions related to the operation of the fund of the committee shall be as prescribed.
