8. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal.
(b) amount provided by way of donation or assistance by any person or organization.
(c) Funds received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or individuals (d) Amount received for any service provided by the Committee.
(e) Subsidy amount received from District Development Committee or Village Development Committee related to the committee.
(f) An amount determined by the committee out of the amount offered by the devotees to Mankamana Devi's temple.
(g) Amount received from other sources. (2) Before receiving the amount under clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal. (4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The account of the committee shall be operated by the joint signature of the member-secretary and the chairman or the member appointed by him.
