8. Fund of the Committee:

(1) There shall be a separate fund for the operation of the Committee and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amount received by way of donation or assistance from any person or organization,
(c) Funds received in the form of loans or grants from international organizations, organizations, foreign governments or individuals,
(d) Amounts received for services rendered by the Committee, or
(e) Amount received from any other source.

(2) Before receiving the amount as per clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The committee shall open an account and deposit the amount in the fund as per sub-section (1) in any bank within Nepal.
(4) All expenses incurred on behalf of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The accounting of the committee shall be conducted by the joint signature of the executive director and the staff working on accounting of the committee.
