(1) In order to work on the restoration of free labor at the district level, there will be a free labor restoration and monitoring committee in the districts designated by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The composition of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Head of District Coordination Committee – Chairman
(b) Head of District Police Office – Member (c) Head of District Education Office – Member
(d) District Administration Office Officer – Member
(e) Head of District Forest Office – Member
(f) Head of District Land Reforms Office – Member
(g) In the district where there is a labor office, the head of that office - member
(h) Head of District Agricultural Development Office – Member
(i) One member from among the heads of banking offices at the district level (j) One member from among the district-level farmers' associations (k) Maximum three members from among trade unions related organizations (l) One member from among the non-governmental organizations working in the labor relations (d) One member from among the exempted employees (d) Welfare Officer - Member - Secretary
(3) The chairman of the committee will nominate the members as per clauses (j), (j), (k), (l) and (d) of sub-section (2) and their term of office will be three years.
(4) The procedure for the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
