3. Formation of the committee: (1) There will be a committee named Dhaulagiri Regional Hospital Development Committee for the purpose of developing the hospital by improving the medical standards and services of the hospital.
(2) The constitution of the committee as per sub-section (1) shall be as follows:-

(a) A person nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the distinguished persons-Chairman
(b) Chairman, District Development Committee, Baglung - Member (c) Chief District Officer, District Administration Office, Baglung – Member (d) Chief, Baglung Municipality – Member
(e) One member from among the local social workers (f) One member from among the medical practitioners (g) One member from among the Medical Officers (h) one member from among the paramedical and nursing staff (i) Medical Superintendent of the Hospital, -Member Secretary

(3) To be nominated for the post of President, at least one must have passed graduation level and gained at least five years of experience in the related field.
(4) The nomination of the members under clauses (e), (f), (g) and (h) of sub-section (2) will be done by the ministry on the recommendation of the committee.
(5) In the event that the position of the official under clause (b) and (d) of sub-section (2) is vacant for any reason, the official authorized to act as such official shall represent him in the meeting of the committee.
(6) The term of office of the nominated members according to sub-section (2) shall be two years.
