(1) There will be a project coordination committee to coordinate the implementation of the project and to make suggestions to the Government of Nepal to determine the identification and priority of the project.
(2) The composition of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Vice-Chairman, National Planning Commission – Chairman (b) Member, National Planning Commission (Looking after concerned area) – Member
(c) Chief Secretary, Government of Nepal – Member
(d) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member
(e) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs – Member
(f) Secretary, Ministry of Physical Planning and Construction – Member
(G) Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers - Member
(h) Secretary, concerned Ministry – Member
(i) Secretary, National Planning Commission Secretariat – Member-Secretary
(3) The Secretariat of the Committee shall be in the Secretariat of the National Planning Commission (4) The committee may invite any person who has acquired special knowledge on the relevant subject to participate in the meeting of the committee as an observer.
