(1) Except as otherwise written in this Act, there shall be an Executive Committee to perform the work to be done on behalf of the Foundation.
(2) The composition of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Executive Director – Chairman
(b) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs – Member
(c) Secretary, Judicial Council – Member
(d) Registrar, Supreme Court – Member
(e) Senior Deputy Attorney General, Office of the Attorney General – Member
(f) Secretary, Nepal Bar Association – Member
(g) Senior staff of the establishment appointed by the Council – Member – Secretary
(3) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite an expert working in the field of law and justice to participate in the meeting of the committee as an observer.
