(1) To carry out the work according to Section 4 of the Act, there will be an Organization and Management Survey Committee as follows M-

(a) Secretary, Ministry -General Administration                   - Coordinator

(b)   Joint Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers     - Member

(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (d) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member -left: 30px;">(e) Joint Secretary, Ministry concerned -Member - Member

(2) The committee may invite the representatives of related agencies and subject matter experts to the committee meeting as required. will participate.

(4) The secretariat of the committee will be in the ministry.

(5) The relevant ministry may appoint committee members to work full-time in the work of the committee.

( 6) Committee meetings and other procedures will be as determined by the committee itself.
