3. Formation of the committee: (1) To develop the Chisapani region as a tourism business, there will be a committee named Chisapani Region Tourism Promotion Development Committee.
(2) The formation of the committee will be as follows:-

(a) A person appointed by the Government of Nepal from among the people who have permanent residence in Chisapani area - Chairman
(B) Chisapani Region District Administration Office - Member Chief District Officers (c) Chairpersons of District Development Committee of Chisapani Region - Member (d) Heads of municipalities of Chisapani region - members (e) District level representatives of Nepal Industry and Commerce Association of Chisapani region - members (f) Four people nominated by the Ministry including at least two women among businessmen, philanthropists or philanthropists related to tourism, representing all the districts of Chisapani region - members

(g) Executive director - member - secretary

(3) Notwithstanding anything written in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub-section (2), the chief district officer, chairman of the district development committee, head of the municipality representing different districts in the committee in accordance with those clauses And among the representatives of the Nepal Industry and Commerce Association, the chief district officer of the district, the chairman of the district development committee, the head of the municipality and the representative of the Nepal Industry and Commerce Association will work as members of the committee in turn for each year.

(4) Chairman and nominee. The term of office of the member will be four years.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (4), if the chairman and nominated member do not act according to their position, the Government of Nepal may remove them from the position of chairman and member at any time. But before such removal, he shall not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation.
