3. Formation of the committee: 1) A Civil Servant Hospital Development Committee will be formed with the following members to make arrangements for the health care of current and retired civil servants and their families. Secretary - President
(b) Secretary, Ministry of General Administration – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member (d) Secretary, Ministry of Law and Justice – Member (e) Secretary, Ministry of Health and Population - Member (f) One doctor nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the senior doctors working in the medical field - Member
(f) Executive Director-Member-Secretary

(2) According to clause (f) of sub-section (1), the term of office of the nominated member shall be two years and he may be re-nominated for one more time.
