3. Formation of the Committee: (1) There will be a committee named Pokhariyya Hospital Development Committee for the management and operation of Pokhariyya Hospital.
(2) The constitution of the committee as per sub-section (1) shall be as follows:-

(a) A person nominated by the Ministry from amongst the distinguished persons - Chairman
(b) Chairman of the concerned village development committee of the area where the hospital is located - members.
(c) District Development Committee, authorized level representative of Parsa – Member
(d) District Administration Office, Authorized Level Representative of Parsa – Member
(e) Chairman of District Industry and Commerce Association, Parsa - Member
(f) President of District Red Cross Society, Parsa – Member
(g) One member nominated by the committee from among the women of the respective ward of the village development committee of the area where the hospital is located (h) One member nominated by the committee from among the women involved in health services (j) Medical Superintendent of Hospital – Member – Secretary
(3) The term of office of the chairman and nominated members of the committee will be two years.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), if the chairman and nominated member do not fulfill their official duties or if they do something contrary to the interest of the committee, the ministry may remove them at any time. But in that way, he will not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation before being removed from office.
