3. Composition of Committee: (1) There will be a committee named Bajura Hospital Development Committee for the management and operation of Bajura Hospital.
(2) The constitution of the committee under sub-section (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) A person nominated by the Ministry from amongst the distinguished persons - Chairman
(b) Chairman-Member of the concerned Village Development Committee of the area where the hospital is located (c) District Development Committee, authorized level representative of Bajura – Member
(d) Authorized Level Representative of District Administration Office, Bajura – Member
(e) Chairman of District Industry and Commerce Association, Bajura - Member
(f) President – ​​Member
of District Red Cross Society, Bajura (g) One person nominated by the committee from among the women of the respective ward of the village development committee of the area where the hospital is located - member
(h) One member nominated by the committee from among the women involved in health services (i) Medical Superintendent of the Hospital - Member - Secretary

(3) The term of office of the chairman and nominated member of the committee will be two years.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), if the chairman and nominated member do not fulfill their official duties or if they do something contrary to the interest of the committee, the ministry may remove them at any time. However, he will not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation before being removed from office.
