3. Formation of Committees

(1) A committee named Malangwa Hospital Development Committee has been formed. >(a) Chairman nominated by Nepal Government (b) Head or chairman member of the concerned municipality or village development committee of the area where the hospital is located (c) Representative Member of District Development Committee (d) District Administration Office representative officer level member
(e) President Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(f) President Member
of District Red Cross Society (G) Female representative member of the respective ward of the area where the hospital is located (h) A person nominated by the committee from among women involved in health services (j) Medical Superintendent Member Secretary of the Hospital (3) The term of office of the officials under clauses (a) and (h) of sub-section 2 shall be two years.
(4) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may add or change the members of the committee by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(5) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any official of the Government of Nepal or any other expert to attend the meeting of the committee as an observer.
