(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least six times a year without an interval of more than two months.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be convened by the secretary at the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) The meeting will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by a member chosen by the members from among themselves.
(4) If at least fifty percent of the members are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered to be reached.
(5) The decision of the meeting shall be made by the majority and if the votes are equal, the chairman shall give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting will be certified by the secretary.
(7) In the meeting of the committee, the chairman can invite a person as an observer according to the need.
