4.1 Committee meeting will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman. 4.2 If fifty percent of the total members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered. 4.3 The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting. 4.4 In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the chairman will give the deciding vote. 4.5 The decision of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary. 4.6 Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
