(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least six times a year and the gap between two meetings shall not exceed three months.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in subsection (2), if at least twenty-five percent of the members of the committee make a written request to convene a meeting of the committee, the chairman shall convene the meeting of the committee within seven days from the date of receipt of such written request.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered to be reached.
(5) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen from among the members present will preside over the meeting.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the committee will be verified by the executive director.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
