– (1) Meetings of the Committee shall be held at the date, time and place determined by the Chairman, not less than 6 times in a year. But the period between two meetings will not exceed two months.
(2) The secretary of the committee shall provide the agenda of the meeting to the members at least seven days before the date of the meeting along with the notice of the meeting of the committee.
(3) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence the vice chairman shall preside over the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered. But the presence of at least seventy-five percent of the members will be required for the meeting held to discuss the long-term and short-term plans, annual program and budget of the fund.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) The decisions made by the committee shall be certified by the secretary of the committee (7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
