(1) Committee meetings will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be called by the member-secretary.
(3) At least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the committee, the member-secretary shall notify all the members with the agenda to be discussed in the meeting.
(4) If at least fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered sufficient.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the member chosen by the present members of the committee.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will also give the deciding vote.
(7) The committee may invite any officials, employees or other related persons and experts of the Government of Nepal as necessary to the meeting of the committee.
(8) The decision of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary.
(9) The decision of the committee will be made public by the member-secretary.
(10) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
