(1) Committee meetings will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the committee.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee should provide the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting together with the notice of the meeting of the committee three days before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered to be reached.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves shall preside over the meeting of the committee.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
