(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least once every six months and may be held as many times as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, place and time specified by the chairman.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall provide the information of the date, time and place of the meeting to the members of the committee at least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the committee. (4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), if it is urgent to convene a meeting of the committee for special reasons, the meeting may be convened by giving a shorter notice.
(5) If more than fifty percent of the committee members are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(6) The decision of the majority of the meeting of the committee shall be considered as the decision of the committee. In case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will cast the deciding vote. However, if it is necessary to determine the contribution rate of contributory income to the fund in such a way that it is more than twenty percent from the employer's side and eleven percent from the worker's side, the decision shall be made by the decision of the meeting attended by the members as per clause (g) and (h) of subsection (1) of section 29.< br> (7) The committee may invite any expert or experts to the meeting of the committee as per the need. Invited persons will not have the right to vote in the meeting of the committee.
(8) The decision of the meeting of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as prescribed.
