5. Committee meeting and decision

(1) The meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the chairman of the committee. (2) If one-third of the members of the committee make a written request for a meeting, the member-secretary of the committee shall inform the chairman of the committee and call the meeting.
(3) In the event that the position of the chairman of the committee is vacant or in the absence of the chairman, the member-secretary of the committee may call the meeting of the committee as necessary.
(4) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence, a person chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves shall preside over the meeting of the committee.
(6) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the committee shall be valid. And if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting will cast the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(8) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least once in four months in a year.
(9) Other procedures to be followed in the meeting of the committee may be determined by the committee itself
