(1) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place determined by the coordinator of the committee as per the requirement.
(2) The notice of the meeting of the committee and the agenda to be discussed in the meeting should be given to the members by the member-secretary at least forty-eight hours before the meeting.
(3) If ninety-one percent of the members are present at the meeting of the committee, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting of the committee has been reached.
(4) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the coordinator of the committee and in his absence, the member chosen by the present members of the committee from among themselves shall preside over the meeting. (5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall: cast the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the committee shall be certified by the person presiding over the meeting and the committee member-secretary and shall be recorded.
(7) The committee may invite any employee, official or any other person of the Government of Nepal to the meeting of the committee as per the need.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
