6.1 The committee meeting will be held at least once in two months. 6.2 If fifty percent of the total members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered. 6.3 In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting may give the deciding vote. 6.4 The meeting of the committee will be chaired by the chairman of the committee. In the event that the chairman of the committee is not appointed or in his absence, a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves will chair the meeting. 6.5 The meeting of the committee will be called by the member-secretary on the date, time and place specified by the chairman. 6.6 The decision taken by the committee meeting should be verified by the member-secretary and updated by the person who presides. 6.7 Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee will be determined by the committee itself.
