(1) The committee meeting will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the committee.
(3) The list of topics to be discussed in the meeting of the committee will be made available to all members twenty-four hours before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence by the member selected from among themselves by the members present at the meeting.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
