5. Committee meeting procedures

(1) The committee meeting will be held at least four times a year.
(2) The meeting of the committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman and the notice of the meeting shall be given to the members at least fifteen days before the meeting.
(3) If fifty percent of the members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding shall cast the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary.
(6) The meeting of the committee will be chaired by the chairman. In his absence, a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee.
